	Surviver	Female		She had a tail and since she can't talk we are not sure what happened. We know it was smashed and assume that she was sleeping peacefully out in the woods. The County was taking down trees not indigenous to the area. whether one fell on her tail or she narrowly escaped a car we don't know but she was see with a long black shredded string hanging from her backside. We rushed her over to Hollywood Animal Hospital where one of their very fine vets, Dr. James Dee amputated her tail and treated her for gangrene. She has had it tough. She was adopted by a passerby for over a year; when he left he dumped her back again. What a Survivor !
